Cucina e sapori tipici e genuini. Gli scialatielli alla cilentana e le melanzane alla camerotana sono tra le cose più buone che ho mangiato qui in Cilento. Ma i piatti sono tutti buoni. Porzioni abbondantissime: è difficile riuscire ad assaggiare tutto, infatti con mia moglie ci siamo tornati una seconda volta per assaggiare più piatti possibili. Sembra proprio di mangiare in famiglia. Il personale è simpatico e gentile. I prezzi, considerata la qualità e la quantità, sono decisamente onesti.

Durante la nostra vacanza abbiamo cenato all’Antica Osteria del Borgo, nel suggestivo centro storico di Camerota. L’atmosfera rustica e accogliente ha reso la serata davvero piacevole. Eravamo in tre (noi due e la nostra bambina) e anche l’ambiente si è rivelato adatto a una cena in famiglia senza fretta. La carne servita era davvero ottima: ben cotta, succosa e saporita. I contorni erano semplici ma gustosi, perfetti per accompagnare il piatto principale. Il servizio è stato cortese e attento, e i prezzi decisamente onesti per la qualità offerta. Complessivamente siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Se cercate un posto autentico dove gustare carne in un’atmosfera casereccia e rilassata, l’Antica Osteria del Borgo è una scelta davvero valida!

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno a Camerota e siamo tornati due volte. La simpatia e cortesia del proprietario e di Maria (un caro saluto), il buon cibo e la bella location hanno creato un bellissimo mix! Consigliato assolutamente! Un caro saluto

Piccola Osteria in pieno borgo di Camerota, alle spalle della Chiesa. Ci siamo stati nella serata di carnevale cilentano. Accoglienza top. Vengono servite anche buone pizze (ci hanno simpaticamente portato una marinara con acciughe x antipasto!). Il piatto di Lagane e ceci bellissimo, con la sorpresa delle Lagane fritte all'interno. Come direbbe Cannavacciulo, è la croccantezza che fa la differenza ^^. X i miei gusti mancava un po di sale, ma la cosa è totalmente personale. Buoni i cavatelli al ragu e la carne (occhio chela salsiccia ha il finocchietto). Sui dolci...non ci sono sembrati la specialità della casa. Tutto recuperato però in gentilezza e simpatia.
